HIMA DALAL

Hima Dalal, is a practicing occupational therapist, sports and personal consultant for 25 years. Her practice involves a wide range of conventional and complimentary therapies including Reiki healing, yoga, myofascial release treatment and craniosacral therapy, as well as Feng Shui home designing ,nutrition counseling for weight loss and personal fitness training.

She has been published in more than 100 newspapers, journals, magazines international and national publications. Also she had presented lectures and made media appearance mostly on the field of therapy, health and healing. She regularly conducts workshops on sports fitness and nutrition in the US and India.

Hima Dalal presently works at the Health Rehab Facility in Columbia, SC where she treats a variety of sports-related ailments including orthopedic and neurological cases. She has christened her private practice as "Vital Energy Occupational Therapy and Wellness Control".

Hima Dalal was elected a Wellness Chair Person for South Carolina Occupational Therapy Association. She is also the faculty member for BFY Sports and Fitness Center and Expert Fitness Writer for www.cricketforIndia.com
