Hima Dalal is the lead occupational therapist and Owner of Vital Energy Wellness, and Rehab Center. She is a board certified licensed Occupational Therapist with 30 years of experience. She is a Reiki Master Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Myofascial Release & CranioSacral Therapist & Sanjeevani healing practitioner, Sambhavi Healing & Meditation Practitioner, Karuna Reiki Master, Feng Shui practioner.

She has presented lectures, made media appearances and has written for national and international publications on subjects of Health, Fitness and Healing. Currently she is co-chair and Vice President for the Wellness Special Interest Section of the South Carolina Occupational Therapy Association (SCOTA).

Her practice utilizes a wide range of conventional and complimentary therapies. The conventional therapies she offers includes Occupational Therapy, Biomechanical Postural Assessment, Aerobic Cardiac Capacity for personal fitness and evaluation, Aqua Therapy (underwater treadmill), and weight loss and toning.

The complimentary therapies include Myofascial Release Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki Healing, Yoga, and Ayurvedic nutritional counseling for weight loss and personal fitness, accupressure, Sanjeevani healing, meditation, Feng Shui.

This combination of therapeutic methods offers a wide range of healing interventions and lends itself to the body's natural healing process, to self-care, and itself to the body's natural healing process
